THE PERIOD OF SIGNIFICANCE DATES TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING IS ALSO THE ONLY EXTANT NEOCLASSICAL STYLE IN HEAVENER AS APPLIED TO BUILDINGS ALONG THE MAIN STREET CORRIDOR.
